Terms & Conditions
** Payment must be made before items are ordered.
** For payment via Singapore bank transfer at ATM, receipt must be kept for proof of payment.
** Cancellation of orders cannot be made once items are ordered.
** For items on pre-order (no in-stocks), waiting time can be up to 8 weeks. Please consider this when ordering such items.
** We will not be responsible for items which are damaged or lost via delivery (Taiwan local post and International post). No refunds will be made for such situations.
** When items arrive at the Taiwan address, we will check that the details (size, color, number of items etc) match with your order. If there are wrong items sent, we can assist to make an exchange with the merchant. However, this will incur additional waiting time.
** We will not be liable for defects, stains, or if the item does not fit your expectations, e.g. actual item is not what you expected from the website photo, size that you chose does not fit etc. No refunds will be made for such situations.
** By sending in your order, you are deemed to have read, understood & agreed to the terms & conditions stated above.
